Climbed up Roseberry Topping Roseberry Topping, a hill in North Yorkshire with an interesting shape.

Train tracks I crossed to get to the hill. Yes, trains run on them.

The hill. Looks smaller than it is because I already walked up some steep ground for a while to get here.

A folly near the top.

The tippy-top of the hill. Middlesbrough & Stockton visible in the background, Newton-Under-Roseberry just behind the rock.

Newton-Under-Roseberry, with Middlesbrough & Stockton in the background.

The town to the right is Guisborough. And beyond it, the sea.

Towards the sea again, a little to the left, showing Redcar this time.

The town to the right is Great Ayton, where I started walking from.

The hilltop, as I go back down.

Weird-looking tree.

Ferns in the woods.

The weather was warmer than those clouds make it look, but there was a nice breeze at the top & I sat up there was about an hour before going back down.

I took a bunch of photos with the film camerafilm camera too, but they haven't been developed yet.
